Swim
Lake Raku, fresh water, sandy bed and around 6.4 m average depth.
Bike
Flat, 90 km out to the southern villages, back past the Unibet Arena and out into the countryside again. The official route file is unpublished, so the lap count is unconfirmed.
Run
Two laps, 21.1 km with 87 m of gain, along Tallinn Bay and finishing at the Unibet Arena.
